We were commissioned to turn a small two-bed bungalow into a modern five-bed home. On paper, it was no easy feat – however, after consulting with both the client and the local planning authority, we decided to extend both upwards and sideways to really make the most of the plot.

We removed the roof before developing an extension that would make way for three extra bedrooms and a new bathroom on the first floor.
Downstairs, the exquisitely designed and immaculately finished kitchen/diner leads into a cosier snug area that’s perfect for winding down after a long day at work, or retreating to after a busy evening entertaining friends and family. The ground floor also boasts an additional bedroom with a good sized ensuite, adding another practical element to the development.
